In addition to our own production, we also have a qualified network of suppliers, fishermen and farmers, which guarantees the best origin of our lobsters, from the beginning to the careful preparation of each dish that is served to our customers.

We also have the Jubba Jump Lobster Institute, dedicated to teaching each and every stage of production, as well as the gastronomic aspect, the qualification of nutritionists, cooks and chefs specialized in the preparation of seafood, and of course, especially lobsters.
